Violation of Whiting Refinery Consent Decree

The Department of Justice settled with BP Products North America alleged violations of a 2012 consent decree at BP’s refinery in Whiting, Indiana. BP paid $512,450 to resolve violations of particulate matter limits in the consent decree.
