Gelber et al. v. Akal Security (Deportation Flight Meal Breaks)
Akal Security paid $240,000 to a group of guards assigned to immigration deportation flights who claimed the company improperly deducted wages for meal breaks on those flights and failed to factor in those skipped breaks when calculating overtime compensation.
