Vianu et al. v. AT&T Mobility (Deceptive and Unfair Wireless Service Fee)

AT&T Mobility paid $14 million to settle allegations by California consumers that the company reaped “hundreds of millions of dollars in ill-gotten gains” on flat-rate wireless service plans by charging customers a deceptive and unfair monthly “administrative fee.”
