Sexual Assault and Harassment on Maersk Ships

Lawsuits allege Maersk Line Limited failed to adequately protect U.S. Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) midshipmen from sexual assault and sexual harassment while working aboard Maersk ships as part of the USMMA’s “Sea Year” program.
