Misleading Infant-Feeding Survey

New York’s attorney general and Abbott Laboratories resolved an investigation into a misleading marketing survey the company sent to new parents about their infant-feeding habits between 2015 and 2017. The attorney general alleged the survey gave the impression that it was devised by a fictitious scientific institute, and that Abbott used survey responses for its own marketing purposes. Abbott settled the matter for $50,000.
