Illegal Pricing and Marketing of Zoladex

AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals pleaded guilty to conspiring to violate the Prescription Drug Marketing Act and agreed to pay $355 million to resolve criminal charges and civil liabilities in connection with its drug pricing and marketing practices with regard to its prostate cancer drug Zoladex between 1991 and 2002.
