Unauthorized Discharges of Excessive Carbon Emissions (Virginia)

In 2004, equipment failures at Honeywell subsidiary Honeywell Nylon’s facility caused several unauthorized discharges of excessive carbon emissions. Honeywell Nylon agreed to pay $2400 to settle the alleged violations.
