Possible Release of Hazardous Waste
On June 30, 2003, the California Environmental Protection Agency and Northrop Grumman entered into a consent decree to resolve investigation findings that waste management units may have released hazardous waste. Under the agreement, Northrop Grumman must make an advance payment of $47,611, with costs potentially reaching $768,317.
