Violation of FCC Rules

The Federal Communications Commission fined FedEx $4,000 for willful and repeated violation of FCC rules at their Bloomington, California distribution center in June 2006 by operating at an unauthorized radio frequency. FedEx’s transmissions interfered with the local police department’s dispatching signals.
