Texas City Emissions

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality fined Valero Refining-Texas L.P. $119,149 for 12 different air emissions violations that occurred at its Texas City plant in 2006. The violations involved the release of sulfur dioxide or volatile organic compounds into the atmosphere.
