Relafen Multistate Litigation – NY Attorney General Settlement

New York State Attorney General Eliot Spitzer reportedly reached a national settlement with GlaxoSmithKline for $10 million, resolving claims that GSK delayed generic competition by by filing frivolous patent infringement lawsuits over its arthritis drug Relafen.
